Apple Cider Vinegar for Smelly Feet

No one likes the embarrassment or worry of taking their shoes off and having smelly feet! Foot odor is the result of bacteria that can grow under your feet and toenails, as well as in-between your toes. A simple remedy for this smelly issue is apple cider vinegar. Pour four cups of apple cider vinegar into a footbath and then add four cups of warm water. Add 1.5 cups of baking soda and let your feet soak for 10 minutes. Towel-dry your feet and repeat once during the week to make your feet soft and odor-free.[1]

Use this time to unwind after a long workday. You’re keeping your feet healthy and relaxing your body for a great night’s rest.
