This program uses your body’s natural healing mechanisms to repair damaged tissue rather than masking symptoms. Unlike cortisone or NSAIDs that suppress symptoms, this program creates actual structural healing that lasts years, not weeks. Four complementary modalities work together:
Regenerative Injections:
Homeopathic compounds and medical-grade ozone (weeks 1-2) prepare tissues, followed by platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with ozone (week 3) to stimulate collagen synthesis and tissue repair.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy with red light therapy:
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy: Pressurized chamber treatment delivers oxygen at 15-times normal levels, driving stem cell mobilization and tissue regeneration. Using red light inside the oxygen chamber increases circulation to a specific area of the foot and ankle by up to 3600%, dramatically enhancing the oxygen chamber’s healing effects.
IV Nutrient Therapy:
IV Nutrient Therapy: Micronutrients such as Vitamin B, C, Magnesium, and Glutathione are infused directly into the vein, bypassing the gut to boost a patient’s healing potential.
Holistic Health Optimization:
The 9 Secrets Membership program addresses inflammation, detoxification, nutrition, sleep, stress, and metabolic barriers to create an optimal internal healing environment.

Contraindications
This program might not be for you if you experience any of the following. Please discuss these concerns during your initial consult:
Cannot participate if you have: Active infection, active cancer or treatment within 12 months, pregnancy, severe bleeding disorders, or untreated pneumothorax.
May require modifications: immunosuppression, uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c >9%), recent corticosteroid injection, and anticoagulation therapy.
Surgery may be better for: Complete tendon ruptures, severe structural deformities
Safety & Side Effects
For complete transparency, here’s what to expect regarding safety and side effects:
Common (expected): Post-injection soreness for 2-3 days, mild swelling, bruising, temporary fatigue during detox, and healing flare. Ligament injections and PRP injections may be more painful than other injections and require pain medications for a few days.
Less common: Prolonged soreness (less than 1% of patients) from injection sites, lightheadedness, nausea from IV, and ear pressure during HBOT.
Call immediately if: Fever >101°F, increasing redness/swelling after 48 hours, severe pain, signs of infection, or persistent numbness.
Monitoring: Pre- and post-assessments at each visit, 48-72 hour check-ins, and monthly evaluations.
How the Program Works
Our program is structured in a particular manner to ensure the best outcomes:
Our program is structured in a particular manner to ensure the best outcomes:
60-minute evaluation ($425) includes complete assessment, imaging review, and customized treatment plan after reviewing your intake forms (MSQ, MEAQ, diet journal, medical history, blood work) by one of our health coaches.
Plus a 30-minute consultation with Dr. Kim to have diagnostic tests done and to have K Wellness procedures and regenerative injections recommended.
Phase 2: Body Optimization (Weeks 1-4)
Begin 9 Secrets Membership with educational modules (water, protein, sugar, fats, supplements, exercise, stress, sleep, spiritual alignment), targeted supplements, a foundational detox program, and HBOT/IV therapy if recommended.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapies (HBOT) and IV Nutrient Therapies (Week 1-4)
Start these therapies to prime the healing potential by giving extra Oxygen and micronutrients. This is important for patients who need to improve their health status quickly before regenerative injections, so they can start the next phase.
Phase 3: Regenerative Injections (Weeks 5-12)
Each injection series includes three weekly injections: homeopathic/ozone (weeks 1-2) and PRP/ozone (week 3). All were performed under ultrasound or fluoroscopic guidance.
Immobilization in a CAM boot is necessary for 3 days after the first two injections with homeopathics and Ozone. PRP with Ozone injection will require immobilization in a CAM boot for 2 weeks.
Joint and ligament injections usually heal with one series. However, the tendons (especially the Achilles tendon) and the nerve (neuroma) may require additional injection series depending on the severity of the conditions.
Ongoing Support: Weekly office hours with Dr. Kim, bi-weekly (Gold) or weekly (Platinum) coaching sessions with one of our health coaches.
Results & Timeline
While every patient’s health journey is unique to their individual situation, here’s what most program participants have experienced:
Patients experience overall better outcomes if:
They adhere to the prescribed protocol faithfully
They suffer from only mild-moderate damage
Are aged <60 and don’t smoke
Have their diabetes under control (HbA1c <7%)
Most program participants experience 70-90% pain reduction by 3 months. Results are permanent.
After 1st injection (homeopathics with Ozone), 20-30% improvement of pain
This comes after being in a CAM walker boot for 3 days after the injection.
No standing exercises and prolonged standing are recommended.
After the 2nd injection (homeopathics with Ozone), 40-50% improvement in overall pain.
This is after being in a CAM walker boot for 3 days after the injection.
No standing exercises and prolonged standing are recommended.
After the 3rd injection (PRP with Ozone), 70-90% improvement in overall pain.
This is after being in a CAM walker boot for 2 weeks after the injection.
No standing exercises and prolonged standing are recommended for the entire 2 weeks.
Once the 1st series of injections is done, the patient is reassessed in two weeks.
If pain is over 80% better, the patient doesn’t need any more injections. This is because regenerative injections keep producing new cells to improve the condition long after the injections. Most patients improve to be 100% better within a few weeks to months.
If pain is under 80% better, more injections are recommended.
Ligaments and joints respond very well and rarely need additional injections. However, tendons and nerves may require additional injections, especially the Tendoachilles tendon and neuromas.
Some conditions require 3rd series of injections, but not very often.
Evidence Supporting Regenerative Therapy
Regenerative medicine for musculoskeletal conditions is supported by a growing body of clinical research, though it remains an evolving field.
Platelet-Rich Plasma For Foot & Ankle (PRP): Henning PR, Grear BJ. Platelet-rich plasma in the foot and ankle. Curr Rev Musculoskelet Med. 2018 Dec;11(4):616-623. doi: 10.1007/s12178-018-9522-z. PMID: 30259330; PMCID: PMC6220005.
In addition, here’s important information about the regulatory status of treatments in this program:
PRP is considered a medical procedure regulated under physician practice guidelines, not as a drug requiring FDA approval. It uses your own blood components, not a manufactured pharmaceutical product.
Ozone therapy is considered investigational in the United States. While medical ozone is widely used in other countries and supported by a substantial body of research, it has not been approved by the FDA for systemic use. Dr. Kim uses medical-grade ozone for local injection therapy based on clinical evidence and his training.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has FDA clearance for specific conditions (decompression sickness, wound healing, etc.). Its use for musculoskeletal regeneration and chronic pain is considered off-label but supported by emerging research.
Homeopathic remedies are regulated as drugs under the FDA Compliance Policy Guide, but are generally recognized as safe due to their highly diluted nature.
