When to Replace Athletic Shoes

Is it time to replace your athletic shoes? A variety of factors come into play (like body size and chosen athletic activity), however it is a good rule of thumb to replace athletic shoes at least every six months. If you work out regularly (four or more times per week) you may need to replace your athletic shoes every three to four months.*

Increase the safety and stability of your workouts with athletic shoes that are in good condition. If your athletic shoes start feeling flat or thin, it’s time to replace them with a more supportive shoe.
