Wear a Pedometer to Increase Your Steps

Walking is great exercise because it can give you a full cardio workout without putting too much pressure or exerting too much impact on your body. One way to track your walking progress is with a pedometer. A pedometer (commonly found in the form of a wristwatch) counts your daily steps and can motivate you to keep going!

Consider a walking pedometer as a way to monitor and motivate your exercising habits. Fitbit and Nike are two popular pedometer brands; however for a more inexpensive option consider downloading a pedometer app on your smartphone.
