Stretch to Eliminate Heel Pain

Around 10% of Americans suffer from heel pain. Those first steps in the morning can be very painful for those that do. Studies have shown that those who did stretching showed a 75 percent chance of having absolutely no pain. Sit with one leg crossed over the other and stretch the arch of the foot by taking one hand and pulling the toes back toward the shin for a count of 10. Repeat 10 times and perform at least three times a day.[1]

Before you get out of bed, remember to stretch! Before you sit for long periods of time, remember to stretch! Today – remember to stretch!
