Simple Foot Exercises

Your feet do a lot of work during the day. Simple exercises will strengthen the muscles in your feet, which will help fight against fatigue and make them stronger. Here’s a simple exercise: The Toe Grip – drop a sock to the floor and pick it up using your toes. Hold for 10 seconds, them release. Repeat five times with each foot. Once you complete your exercises, give your foot a massage with a frozen golf ball. The small icy ball will feel great on your feet as it gives you a deep massage.[1]

When you get home from work try a few exercises for your feet and then end with a massage. It’s an easy and relaxing way to end the day.
