Why Osteoporosis is Causing Flat Foot

One major cause of flat-footedness is osteoporosis, which weakens your arch and causes it to bend too easily. Those who have to deal with flat feet often have to spend significant amounts on special shoes, and usually suffer from an inability to walk long distances. People with flat feet also tend to have chronic hip, knee and back pain too.*

You can avoid osteoporosis by walking more, which increases your bone stock. Calcium and magnesium supplements will also help, as will consuming fish oil and bone broth, both of which will increase your bone density.
