Get on the Ball
As we grow older, it’s natural to experience a decline in our ability to balance. Luckily, you can counteract this side effect of aging with some simple balancing moves. Do your best to incorporate balancing moves into your daily activities (for example, practice balancing whenever you brush your teeth).*
One simple balancing move that you can try today is called the balancing booster. Just step up onto the balls of your feet and stay balanced for 2-4 seconds, then carefully lower yourself back down and repeat!
