Educate Teens on Foot Health

As your kids become older, they become more fashion sensitive and their feet could suffer for it. Reports show some alarming statistics: a third of teenagers experience foot pain at some point in their lives, 4 out of 10 have injured their feet during sports, 2 out of 10 have foot pain from painful shoe choices, such as high heels, and fewer than 2 out of 10 have visited a podiatrist. The good news is that a large number of teenagers know the importance of being healthy and are more willing to change to lead a healthier lifestyle.[1]

Your teenagers are highly active, which means their feet are working overtime. Show them the importance of healthy feet and visit a podiatrist for a check-up.
