Burning Between the Toes

The formation of corns can be extremely painful and they can affect your everyday life. The soft corn, or interdigital corn, forms between your toes often in pairs facing each other and is caused by the area taking in a lot of moisture causing a sore. These corns can give a burning sensation between the toes.[1] They are often caused by bones rubbing against each other also.

Find a good comfortable pair of shoes with a larger toe box to avoid soft corns from forming. If you need a corn patch, watch out for those that contain acid because they will kill the corn, but they’ll eat away the good skin around it too.
