Avoid High Heel Suffering

Wearing high heels makes you susceptible to muscle aches and blisters. You can reduce high heel suffering by stretching your muscles before and after use, and by applying Vaseline to your toes and heel area to prevent blisters. For new heels, using a shoe stretcher overnight will be especially helpful.*

When you take off your high heels, roll your feet over a tennis ball for a relaxing self-massage. Soaking your feet in Epsom salt will sooth additional aches and pains.
